At zFrontier, we strive to ensure your mechanical keyboard and enthusiast gear meet your expectations, offering a 7-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-run group buys and customized items may be subject to specific manufacturer warranty terms.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log in to your zFrontier account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original retail boxes and include all accessories; ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
